XFact Esports ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
1. WHAT WE COLLECT
- Account details: name, username, email, phone number, password (stored only in scrambled/hashed form).
- Gaming details: in-game names, player IDs, team details, tournament history, kills and results.
- Profile: profile picture and display name.
- Payment details: deposit amounts, UTR/reference numbers, payment screenshots, UPI IDs you give us for withdrawals. We never ask for your card numbers, PINs or UPI passwords.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, login attempts, cookies.
2. HOW WE USE IT
- To create and secure your account (including emailing you a one-time verification code).
- To run tournaments, verify results and calculate rewards.
- To verify deposits and process withdrawals.
- To send important notifications (registration, schedule changes, room details, rewards, refunds).
- To prevent fraud, cheating and abuse, and to follow the law.
3. EMAIL VERIFICATION
We send a six-digit code to your email to confirm it is yours. Codes expire quickly and can be used once.
4. COOKIES
We use cookies to keep you logged in. If you choose "Keep me logged in", a secure cookie keeps you signed in on that device for up to 30 days. You can log out any time to remove it.
5. WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the Platform (web hosting, email delivery, and a payment provider if online payments are enabled).
- Authorities, when required by law.
Our pages may show YouTube videos and links to Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and Facebook. Those services have their own privacy policies.
6. SECURITY
Passwords and one-time codes are stored in scrambled form, secrets are encrypted, and access to financial data is limited to authorised staff and logged. No system is 100 percent secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
7. HOW LONG WE KEEP DATA
We keep account data while your account is active. Financial and tournament records are kept for as long as the law and our accounting needs require, even after an account is closed.
8. YOUR RIGHTS

9. CHILDREN
The Platform is only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you think a minor has registered, tell us and we will remove the account.
