1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
XFact Esports (the "Platform") is operated by Manish. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. ELIGIBILITY
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must give true information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- One person may hold only one account.
- You must not use paid features if you live in a place where they are restricted or prohibited by law.
3. THE GAMES
BGMI and Free Fire belong to their respective owners. XFact Esports is an independent tournament organiser. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the game publishers. Matches are played in custom rooms inside the games.
4. GAME IDs AND REGISTRATION
- You must enter your correct in-game name (IGN) and player ID. Entering someone else's ID is not allowed.
- One player ID can be used only once in a tournament.
- If you enter a wrong ID, no refund or reward can be given for that mistake.
- Registration closes at the deadline shown on the tournament page, or earlier if slots are full.
5. TOURNAMENTS
- Each tournament page shows its format, schedule, rules, entry fee and rewards. By joining you accept those rules.
- Room ID and password are shared only with registered players. Do not share them with anyone.
- We may change the schedule, merge, postpone or cancel a tournament if needed. Refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. FAIR PLAY
The following are strictly prohibited: hacks, cheats, mods or any tool banned by the game or the tournament rules; teaming or collusion with other teams; stream sniping; fake or shared accounts; impersonation; abusive behaviour; exploiting game bugs. If we find a violation we may disqualify you, cancel your rewards, suspend or permanently ban your account, and no refund will be given.
7. RESULTS AND KILL VERIFICATION
- Results and kill counts are recorded and verified by our team using match results, recordings and other evidence. Screenshots alone are never treated as proof.
- We may ask you for a screen recording or other evidence.
- Our decision is final, subject to the dispute window described below.
- If you disagree with a result, contact support within the dispute window shown on the tournament page (usually 24 hours after approval) with your evidence.
8. REWARDS
8.1 Winner Prize Pool: a fixed prize for the winner or winning team, as stated on the tournament page. It is paid only after the result is approved by us.
8.2 Reward Per Kill: where a tournament offers it, you may earn the stated rupee amount for each verified, eligible kill, even if you do not win. Reward = verified kills x the rate shown on that tournament. Caps and reward budgets may apply and are shown on the tournament page.
8.3 Rewards are added to your wallet earnings only after verification and after the dispute window ends. Disqualified players and cancelled or disputed matches do not earn rewards.
8.4 You are responsible for your own taxes. We may deduct or collect tax from rewards where the law requires.
9. WALLET AND DEPOSITS
- Your wallet holds money you deposited and rewards you earned. It is not a bank account, earns no interest and cannot be transferred to another user.
- Deposits made by UPI are credited only after we verify the payment in our bank records. A screenshot or UTR number alone does not credit your wallet.
- Each UTR number can be used only once. Submitting a fake, edited or reused payment proof will lead to a permanent ban and may be reported to the authorities.
- Entry fees are deducted from your wallet when you successfully register.
10. WITHDRAWALS
- Only withdrawable earnings (prizes and verified kill rewards) can be withdrawn. Deposited money cannot be withdrawn and can only be used for tournament entry or as described in our Refund Policy.
- Minimum and maximum amounts are shown on your wallet page.
- The requested amount is reserved from your balance. We review each request manually and pay to a UPI ID in your own name. A request is marked "Paid" only after we have actually sent the money.
- We may ask for identity verification and may hold or reject a request if we suspect fraud. A rejected or failed payout is returned to your wallet earnings.
11. PAID FEATURES AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Paid entries, cash prizes, per-kill cash rewards and withdrawals are offered only when we have enabled them and only where permitted by applicable law. We may suspend or change them at any time to comply with the law, a regulator or a payment partner. If they are suspended, we will deal with your wallet balance as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
12. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the law. You may ask us to close your account at any time by contacting support.
13. YOUR CONTENT
By uploading a profile picture or other content you confirm it is yours and lawful. You allow us to display it on the Platform.
14. DISCLAIMER
The Platform is provided "as is". We are not responsible for game server problems, internet or device failures, or delays outside our control.
15. LIMIT OF LIABILITY
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim about a tournament is limited to the entry fee you paid for that tournament.
16. CHANGES
We may update these Terms. The latest version is always on this page. Continuing to use the Platform means you accept the update.
